A camp counselor once told me a story about her camp experience. Everyday before lunch one of the kids would show off one his or her special talent. The talents were what usually can be best described as "stupid human tricks". One day, a kid who was very eager to participate but did not poses any special talent volunteered to go. In his eagerness to win the admiration of his peers he licked the floor.
LIX is about that type eagerness that clouds the judgment. The film was directed and produced by Dubi Kaufmann for project 59 mini video festival, a collection of 59 films that are 59 seconds each.
